Dr Sam Perlo-Freeman is an Associate Senior Researcher at SIPRI. He was the Head of the SIPRI Project on Military Expenditure in the Arms Transfers and Military Expenditure Programme. He is currently on leave of absence to work with the World Peace Foundation where he leads the Global Arms Trade and Corruption Project.
Previously Sam was a Senior Lecturer at the University of the West of England, working in the field of defence and peace economics.
