Channa Törnlund

Channa is an Events Assistant at SIPRI and works to organize the Stockholm Peace and Development Forum 2025. 

Prior to joining SIPRI, Channa interned at the Folke Bernadotte Academy where she worked with the gender mainstreaming efforts in the Colombian peace process. She holds as B.A in Development Studies from Uppsala University and studied Peace and Conflict Studies at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
