Nikos Politis

Nikos Politis is a Project Management Office Manager at SIPRI. He is responsible for donor compliance of EU-financed projects.

A certified Project Manager, Nikos has an extensive background in Finance and Project Management. His previous experience includes business development, project design and budgeting of proposals, management and evaluation of EU Projects - Structural Funds, EuropeAid and Research programmes alike; IT and Management Consulting, as well as Project Management for both private and public sectors. Most recently employed at the Independent Authority of Public Revenue in Greece, Nikos has also worked with far-reaching reforms in the Greek Public Administration, specifically the tax reform programme. He has in-depth knowledge on countries in transition, advising on good governance and public administration.
