SIPRI, in collaboration with the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO), is pleased to launch the Russian language translation of SIPRI Yearbook 2021. The launch event took place on 3 November and featured a presentation of the supplement to the translation, Russia: Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security.
The launch event was opened by Dr Alexey G. Arbatov, Head of the Center for International Security, IMEMO, and Dr Feodor Voitolovsky, Director, IMEMO, who gave welcoming remarks. This was followed by presentations and discussions with senior IMEMO analysts and other experts from prominent organizations and universities. The translation of SIPRI Yearbook 2021 was made possible primarily due to cooperation between IMEMO, the Russian Academy of Sciences and SIPRI.
