The independent resource on global security
The Netherlands has produced an annual report on arms export licences since 1997. Along with information on licences granted, the Dutch report also includes detailed information on instances where a licence application has been denied. This includes the intended recipient, the type of equipment, and the reason the denial was issued.
The reports are also available here. The Dutch versions are available here. The Netherlands reporting transparency website is here.
In November 2004 the Netherlands also began publishing (in Dutch) monthly reports on all export licences granted. There are three overviews: (1) licenses export Dual Use goods, (2) licenses export and transit Military goods and notifications transit of Military Goods.
