Quitterie de Labbey

Quitterie de Labbey is an intern in the SIPRI Dual-Use and Arms Trade Control programme focusing on cooperation and assistance to the implementation of the Arms Trade Tready in the Middle-East and North Africa region.

Before joining SIPRI, Quitterie completed a binational Master’s degree in International and European Governance from the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germany and Sciences Po Lille, France, focusing on security issues, risk-management and conflicts. Quitterie worked as an intern at GRIP – Groupe de Recherche et d’Information sur la Paix et la sécurité in Brussels on security issues in West Africa in 2018. In 2016, she conducted an internship at the German Federal Ministry of Defense on cooperation and intervention in the Middle-East and North Africa region.
