Karin Buzzi-Donato is the Head of Finance at SIPRI.

As Head of Finance, Karin oversees external and internal accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and provides strategic decision-making support to the leadership team. She contributes with a holistic perspective and a structured approach in an international environment with a meaningful mission.

Karin is an experienced financial manager with extensive expertise in accounting, budgeting, financial control, and team leadership within both public and private sectors. She have successfully led change and efficiency projects, creating structure and improving processes.
