Jannis Ruoff was an intern with SIPRI’s Environment of Peace initiative. He will support the preparation, delivery and launch of the Environment of Peace Report.
As a master’s candidate in International Relations at the University of Bologna, he focuses on the interplay of economics and policy, peace & conflict and institutional change. During his studies, he gained working experience in the private sector in Germany, China and India. Prior to SIPRI he worked as a policy assistant in a multistakeholder association, concerned with water-related challenges on the European level in Brussels. Jannis is politically and socially involved in Germany.
