Emma Bjertén-Günther

Emma Bjertén-Günther was a Researcher within the SIPRI Peace and Development Programme. She is a visiting scholar at the Center on International Cooperation at New York University. Between 2015–18 she was a researcher in SIPRI’s Peace and Development Programme. Her research investigates the implementation of the Women, Peace and Security Agenda with a focus on women’s participation, masculine norms and inclusive peace processes. She holds a master degree in Politics and International Relations with a specialization in Peace and Conflict Studies from Uppsala University.
