Dr. Yingqin Zheng was a Guest Researcher in the SIPRI China and Asia Security Programme.
She is a senior research fellow of Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS). Her research interests include governance of global commons, Polar and marine studies, Hongkong studies. Dr. Zheng’s recent publicationsinclude topics on the Antarctic governance, blue economy, theories of international relations, etc. Her most recent book is Governance of the Global Commons: Values and Order (2021).
