Dr Frank Barnaby

Dr Frank Barnaby was the second Director of SIPRI, from 1971–81. A nuclear physicist, Dr Barnaby was Executive Secretary of the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs in the late 1960s. He was awarded the Harold Stassen Chair of International Relations at the University of Minnesota in 1985.
