is a Research Fellow in Chemical and Biological Security, based in the Harvard Sussex Program at the University of Sussex. He has worked on issues related to chemical weapons since 2014. His doctoral research looked at organizational change within the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). During his PhD, in 2018, he was an intern in the OPCW’s Office and Strategy and Policy.
Alongside the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research publication ‘Preparing for Success at the Fifth Review Conference’, he has also recently published work on the relationship between the OPCW and civil society. His current project explores implications of, and responses to, artificial intelligence within the CBW prohibition regimes, funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office.
