Paul Gerharz
Paul Gerharz was an intern in SIPRI’s Dual-Use and Arms Trade Control Programme. Paul’s research focuses on inter-regime dialogue and export controls on emerging technologies.
Prior to joining SIPRI Paul has worked as a trainee lawyer in the foreign trade law practice of a law firm in Munich and at the liaison office of a German research institute in Brussels.
