Daniele Crimella

Daniele Crimella is an Events Assistant at SIPRI, assisting with the preparation and implementation of SIPRI's major annual events: the Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development and the Stockholm Security Conference. He’s also supporting the coordination and administration of meetings, workshops and other events within the "European Union Civilian Common Security and Defence Policy" project. He's otherwise generally contributing to communication and event activities as a member of SIPRI's outreach team.

Originally, Daniele’s thematic specialisation covers both social and ecological aspects of sustainability. Before joining Sipri, Daniele worked as a development cooperation programme officer contributing to enhance livelihoods, sustainable food systems and biocultural diversity in the Global South. His practical expertise encompasses event and project management, administration, and communications.
